Sigma Telas has been founded in Lithuania and initially focused on the local utilities. Its customer base has now been extended from Baltics up to CIS countries.
Smart Metering and Substation Automation have been our main business for more than 15 years. Within this period we have followed up the trends in the smart metering evolution. Lithuanian power plants, big industries and National Transmission and both distribution grids were the core installations and test polygon for our vision of smart metering concept. Now we present our flagship product - EMCOS the smart metering system. EMCOS installations in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan have proven the way we have chosen.
Sigma Telas smart metering project list contains hundreds of installations. The biggest one is in Belarus the National wide smart metering system which includes 252 subsystems.
The second part of our product portfolio is SCADA and Substation Automation system integration. Expertise gained from implemented SCADA and Substation Automation projects is reused in the EMCOS Smart Metering System, making it even more flexible and ensuring smooth integration into any other systems at any utility or substation.
