Empower Demand report findings (Howard Porter- Jessica Stromback)

5 October 2011 - Amsterdam ESMIG International Alliances Director Dr. Howard Porter presented this morning in the frame of Metering, Billing/CRM Europe 2011 the findings of “Empower Demand” report on ’The potential of smart meter enabled programs to increase energy and system benefits: a mass pilot comparison’, written and published by VaasaETT.

Dr. Porter opened the session "How to actively engage your customer?", which was well-attended by around 100 participants.
